Message From The South

Brethren,

In attending the Masons of California Junior Warden 3-day leadership retreat in Ontario I was enlightened by meeting all the other Southern California Masonic Junior Wardens in which we shared ideas on how to improve the overall goals of a lodge, membership development, implementing programs, and strategic planning.

As I continue to surge forward and move towards the oriental chair in the East, I now take pleasure in presenting to you my theme for the 2012 Masonic year, “FREEMASONRY BEYOND THE LODGE ROOM”

In my days leading up to becoming the Worshipful Master of Granada Hills Masonic Lodge I will focus my efforts on having our lodge become more active in community interaction/outreach (charity), family outings (fellowship), Masonic education/discussion (information night) and personal growth so that our members can truly have the building blocks that “Make Good Men Better.”
